det939 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and det939 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the det939 website at det939.app, the det939 mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, bingo, fish games and the VIP loyalty programme.

By registering an account on det939, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or use the platform. det939 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use det939, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. det939 is strictly an adult platform. Registration or use by any person under 18 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, not as an agent acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not be registered under a false identity. All account details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on det939 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

det939 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on det939. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method or the same device — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. det939 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately through the in-app live chat.

• Account details including name, date of birth and payment methods must match your actual identity.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances.
• You must not use your account for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors or engage in collusion with other players will result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on det939 are made in PKR. det939 does not apply platform-side fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider — for example, JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction charges on certain transfer types — are outside det939's control and are your responsibility.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and additional mobile wallets listed within the platform. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — PKR 200 for most mobile wallet deposits and PKR 500 for card and bank transfer methods.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You must include your det939 account reference number when making a deposit via bank transfer or manual mobile wallet payment to ensure automatic matching.
• det939 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if a deposit was made using incorrect payment details.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 300. Standard verified accounts can expect processing within 24 to 48 hours. VIP Gold tier members receive same-day processing, and Diamond tier members receive near-instant processing.

• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard business hours may be queued for processing the following business day for bank transfer recipients.
• det939 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering conditions and may not be withdrawn until those conditions are fully met — see Section 6.
• Repeated or rapid deposit-then-withdrawal activity without meaningful gameplay may be flagged for review under the Fair Use Policy in Section 9.
• det939 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

det939 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to first deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season specials, VIP cashback and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("turnover conditions") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Standard first deposit bonus requires the bonus amount to be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal eligibility. The exact multiplier is stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses are credited for personal entertainment use only. Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts is classified as bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• det939 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
• If a player withdraws before meeting wagering requirements, det939 reserves the right to deduct the unplayed bonus amount from the withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on det939 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments), football, esports and other available markets. All bets are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

• Bets placed on a market after the relevant event has already started may be void at det939's discretion if the market was not intended to be in-play.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, det939 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Match abandonment or postponement rules are applied per sport — for cricket, matches not completed to the minimum qualifying overs threshold will generally result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• det939 reserves the right to restrict or limit bet amounts on any account or market at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Winnings on settled sports bets are credited to your PKR balance automatically upon final result confirmation.

Live casino, fish game and bingo outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round has concluded.

8. VIP Programme

The det939 VIP loyalty programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on monthly wagering turnover — 1 VIP point is earned per PKR 100 wagered across all eligible game types including sports betting, live casino, bingo and fish games.

• VIP points and tier status are reviewed on a monthly basis. Tier qualification requires meeting the relevant turnover threshold within the applicable month unless otherwise specified.
• Tier benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing speed and account manager access are applied as described on the VIP page and are subject to change at det939's discretion.
• VIP points do not carry a direct cash value and cannot be withdrawn. They are used solely for tier calculation and any points-based reward programmes introduced by det939.
• Points earned during a qualifying period expire if the account is inactive for 90 consecutive days.
• det939 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable advance notice to active VIP members.

9. Fair Use Policy

det939 operates as an entertainment platform. Use of the platform in a manner that constitutes abuse of the betting system, bonus infrastructure or payment processes is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to:

• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets.
• Bonus hunting — creating accounts or claiming promotions with the primary purpose of extracting bonus value with minimal genuine gameplay intent.
• Using third-party tools, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in any game type including fish games or live casino.
• Chip dumping, soft play or any other form of match manipulation in multiplayer game formats.

det939 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational use. Accounts flagged under the Fair Use Policy may be subject to investigation, betting restrictions, bonus removal or full account closure depending on the severity and nature of the activity identified.

10. Responsible Gaming

det939 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following tools and policies are available to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Configure time notifications to alert you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting support. Exclusions are applied within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: In-game prompts that display your session length and current session profit/loss at regular intervals.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

det939 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may result in account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Engaging in behaviour covered under the Fair Use Policy in Section 9.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Registration of a duplicate account.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or irregular activity may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the relevant payment method subject to verification. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion requests will have eligible balances returned after the exclusion period review.

12. Liability

det939 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may periodically affect availability. det939 will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

• det939 is not liable for losses resulting from decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game outcomes or account balance displays that are subsequently corrected due to a technical error.
• In the event of a manifest error — an obvious and significant pricing or game display error — det939 reserves the right to void affected transactions regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• det939 is not responsible for any third-party payment provider delays, fees or errors that affect the speed or accuracy of deposit or withdrawal processing.

13. Privacy

det939 collects, stores and processes personal information in connection with your account registration and platform usage. How your data is handled is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in that document.

det939 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to operate the platform — for example, with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention tools.

14. Changes to These Terms

det939 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.
